CNC Milling-3, 4 & 5 Axis
Our CNC milling capability covers 3-axis, 4-axis, and full 5-axis simultaneous machining, producing highly complex components in a single setup. CNC Turning & Mill-Turn
Equipped with live tooling and automatic bar feeders, our CNC turning centers deliver complete mill-turn work, including drilling, tapping, and milling, in a single operation. Reduce the lead times on continuous production runs with this automated capability, allowing us to rapidly produce everything from simple shafts and bushes to complex components.
Metal Fabrication
Our workshop delivers precision MIG/TIG welding across steel, aluminium, and stainless. Get custom metalwork from ready drawings or concepts, available as standalone fabrication or bundled into a turnkey machining and final sub-assembly package.
3D Scanning, Reverse Engineering & Design
Don’t have a drawing? No problem. Our 3D scanning capability allows us to capture the exact geometry of existing parts, worn components, or legacy equipment, converting physical objects into accurate CAD models. From there, we can machine a direct replacement, engineer an improved version, or design an entirely new component based on your brief. Our in-house design capability means we can take your concept or rough idea and develop it into a fully engineered, production-ready part.
CNC Prototyping
Getting a product from concept to reality requires speed and accuracy. Our prototyping service is designed to produce functional parts quickly, giving you something tangible to test, refine, and iterate before committing to full production. We work closely with customers through the prototyping process to minimise rework and get results faster.
Custom CNC Machining
Not every job fits a standard template. We specialise in custom machining work — one-off components, bespoke fittings, custom brackets, adaptors, and specialty parts built to your exact specifications. If you can describe it, we can make it.
Product Assembly
We handle component assembly as part of our end-to-end service offering, allowing customers to receive finished, ready-to-install sub-assemblies rather than loose parts. This saves time on your end and ensures components are checked and fitted correctly before they leave our facility.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
We offer professional ultrasonic cleaning for machined components, precision parts, and assemblies. Ultrasonic cleaning removes cutting fluids, oils, scale, and fine particulate from complex internal passages and blind features that are difficult or impossible to clean by hand-ensuring parts are delivered clean and ready for use or further processing.
Maintenance, Repairs & Breakdowns
When equipment goes down, speed matters. We offer machining and fabrication support for maintenance and breakdown situations-producing replacement components, repairing damaged parts, and turning around urgent jobs to get your operation back up and running with minimal downtime.
Specialist Finishing and Treatment
In addition to our in-house precision machining capabilities, Danube Precision Engineering offers a complete end-to-end service.
We oversee the entire process from raw stock through to specialised treatments, including:
  • Anodising: Type II & Type III Hardcoat for wear and corrosion resistance.
  • Heat Treatment: Case hardening, tempering, and stress relieving.
  • Cerakoting: High-durability, thin-film ceramic coatings.
  • Irriditing: Alodine or chromate conversion coating for aluminium protection.
Our finishing services guarantee comphrensive quality control at every stage and deliver parts that are ready for immediate line installation.
